Tell us about the quality problem you are troubleshooting, or the comparison you need to make, in your paper, board, tissue or nonwoven production. You get a confirmed scope and quotation before you send any samples, and we measure the samples within two working days of their arrival.
What we can help with
The service is for variation that standard measurements have not explained: where it is, at which wavelengths, in which properties, and its likely sources. Typical cases are

We review the request and confirm the scope, the price and the sample instructions before you send anything, normally within one working day.

Prepare and send your samples
MD sample rolls, full-width CD strips from one reel, or both, as agreed.

Get the results
We measure the samples within two working days of their arrival. You then get a written report of the findings, the measurement data, and an online meeting with Tapio specialists to go through them.
